Declaration Rewrite
The Board has been working with legal council to re-write the Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws & Declarations of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Arrowhead Shores, Inc. The purpose of the re-write was to remove some of the obsolete information and update information so it will pertain more to the Arrowhead Shores Community. Basketball Hoops
Only temporary basketball hoops are allowed. Rims and nets must be maintained in a neat and clean appearance. Temporary basketball hoops may not be placed in the right of way, on the sidewalks, or in the streets of the community. Basketball hoops may be placed on the driveway of a Lot, or placed in the landscaping within 24 inches of the driveway. The location must not impede or obstruct the use of adjacent neighbor’s Lots or driveways. During the winter months, December 1st through February 28th, the basketball hoops not in regular use must be stored in the yard or garage. Regular use must be approved by the Board of Directors.
